Phosphatidyl Choline is a purified extract from lecithin. It accounts for about 10% to 20% of lecithin and supplies choline to the body. Phosphatidylcholine is a major part of the membranes surrounding our cells. It is needed in order to make another vital stimulatory neurotransmitter called acetylcholine.
