Adults and children 12 years of age and over take 2 capsules at bedtime. Children 2 to 12 years of age take 1 capsule at bedtime. Children under 2 consult a doctor.

Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor.
