Glycine is a non-essential amino acid (can be manufactured by the body with proper nutrition). Glycine Enhances trigger the release of oxygen to the cell-making process, and is important in the body's manufacture of hormones responsible for a strong Defense mechanism of body. It can be obtained from protein food or synthesized in your nervous system from the amino acid threonine or in your body from serine. Glycine Enhances build up glycogen levels.
