I prefer 5htp over st johns worth because its alot stronger and one thing i noticed when taking 5htp is that it makes me happy boost and when i miss a dose i feel grumpy I have been using 5htp for almost 2 months now. I’m taking 200mg 3X/day totaling 600mgIf your wondering why such the high dose, its because i suffer from depression and went off my usual medication without my psychiatrists

This supplement definitely works. I started using it a month ago for anxiety/minor depression and noticed pronounced effects. The first week I started out with 300mg per day split up 3 times a day. I had severe depression, I couldn't get into seeing a Head Doctor for meds as it would take 2 weeks. Then I went to a Herbal Doctor and he told to get this, it worked in 2-3 mins. my depression was gone and I felt so so good, I did not want to live that day but because of this product and being able to get it and use it daily, its my life line to living.
