The first step in trying to combat fatigue is dietary suggestions, that is, try to make it your habit to eat healthy and balanced diet, reduce high fat, high sugar and high salt foods. Limit the processed foods, alcohol and caffeine. Try to not to skip your breakfast. Drink plenty of water, at least 8-10 glasses in a day. And eat small amount of food throughout the day that should consist of carbohydrates and proteins. Second step should be lifestyle changes which include that you must get enough sleep, about 8 hours of rest is the body requirement. Laughter is an excellent energy booster, so try to get yourself in fun activities. Reduce stress and try to learn to deal with anger. You may try yoga, aromatherapy, listening to music, reading a novel, or even just talking on the phone. Next suggestion will be exercise. Even a 10 min of brisk walking can energize you for about 2 hours. It further helps you to get rid of stress.
