Arnica
What is Arnica?
Arnica is the perennial herb, it’s botanical name is (Arnica montana). Arnica is
a genus of plants of the complex family (Asteraceae), Arnica found in
northwestern North America. Arnica has narrow leaves and orange-yellow flower
heads 5 to 7 centimeters (2 to 2.5 inches) across. Arnica is literally well
known in alternative medicine. It is also found in the Pyrenees, Siberia,
Canada, and the northwestern US. This aromatic, perennial grows to about a foot
high, producing downy, egg-shaped leaves and bright yellow, daisy like flowers,
which are harvested when in full bloom. The rhizomes are unearthed after the
plant has died back in the fall. Arnica has found helpful in worldwide for
treating wounds, hemorrhoids, bruises, toothache, sore muscles, bronchitis,
stomachache, diarrhea, and menstrual cramps.

How does Arnica work for your health?
Recent studies have been conduct to determine that Arnica is fast acting remedy
in homeopathy. While arnica is primarily for external use, it has also been used
internally as an herbal remedy for certain heart disorders for contusions,
