Carrot Essence Description:

Dr. Hagiwara's Carrot Essence captures two of nature's best antioxidants, beta-carotene and vitamin C in a delicious beverage powder. The fresh organic carrots are harvested at their nutritional peak, washed, juiced, and then spray-dried in a temperature-controlled manner to stabilize their nutrients. Maltodextrin, a complex carbohydrate, is added to coat and protect the delicate nutrients from harmful oxidation. Carrot Essence provides 55% of Vitamin C and 350% of the RDI for vitamin A in a single serving (as beta-carotene, which the body converts into Vitamin A).
