Novogen was formed in 1992 with private investor backing to commercialise the work of the founder, Dr Graham Kelly. Dr Kelly had been engaged in cancer research at a university medical school. Novogen has a unique and highly valuable resource in its isoflavonoid technology platform. For that reason it has elected to underwrite the development of the technology using its own resources without the assistance of commercial partners.
