I used Arnica gel, for the first time, following breast reduction and abdominoplasty (with liposuction). I had extensive bruising, pos-op, and was VERY skeptical that the Arnica would do any good. Well, I'm sold!! Bruises that would have normally lasted 4-6 weeks were gone in 10 days! This stuff works. You won't be disappointed.

I had an unsightly bruise from a fall and a friend gave me a tube of Arnica Gel. I put it in the kitchen and laughed every time I walked past it. Finally, after about a week, the bruise wasn't bett and neither was the swelling, so I tried it. WOW! Both the swelling and the bruise were gone the next morning. I also use it for the arthritis in my thumb. It's great. not sticky, not greasy, NO

I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and one shoulder. I take many prescription medications, pain relievers, etc., but when there is still pain or discomfort, I rub on Arnica Gel and within minutes, the pain is diminished. (A second application an hour later on my bad knee takes away all of the pain). What a blessing Arnica Gel has been
