Arnica (Arnicare) Gel Description:
Boiron Arnica Gel is used for relief of muscle aches and stiffness, due to minor injuries, overexertion, falls, and blows. Reduces discomfort, swelling, and discoloration from bruises.
Gently apply a thin layer of Arnica Gel to affected area as soon as possible after minor injury, and repeat 3 times a day.
Arnica (Arnicare) Gel Warning:
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and with open wounds. Do not use if tube seal is broken. Stop using this product and consult a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens. Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children.
In case of ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.

When my hands or feet get swollen and inflamed from diabetes, my fibro and my polymygelia rheumatic, I use it with two treatments within ten minutes max, or even one treatment and the swelling goes down and the pain is gone. Good stuff!

I used Arnica gel, for the first time, following breast reduction and abdominoplasty (with liposuction). I had extensive bruising, pos-op, and was VERY skeptical that the Arnica would do any good. Well, I'm sold!! Bruises that would have normally lasted 4-6 weeks were gone in 10 days! This stuff works. You won't be disappointed.

I had an unsightly bruise from a fall and a friend gave me a tube of Arnica Gel. I put it in the kitchen and laughed every time I walked past it. Finally, after about a week, the bruise wasn't bett and neither was the swelling, so I tried it. WOW! Both the swelling and the bruise were gone the next morning. I also use it for the arthritis in my thumb. It's great. not sticky, not greasy, NO
